2. “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
3. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
4. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
5. Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
6. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
7. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Customers can cancel their order/requested service within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened, or the products are damaged or incorrect. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that are sealed and in the original packaging. If all conditions are met, please ship the products back to us using a registered courier service for a full refund. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
We deliver our Products to all countries, primarily in the UAE. Shipping is done via a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities will be in 1–2 working days, and 4–10 working days for other countries. UAE delivery fees will be a flat rate of AED 10. Delivery fees outside the UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page, depending on the destination country and location. Please provide your full address and contact details to avoid any delivery delays.
